Windows 10, is essential a preview into work in progress unlike previous beta programs users now have access to builds we wouldn't have seen before. Therefore you are bound to encounter a lot more bugs and most likely this is one of them. Furthermore the apps themselves may need to updated as well, this will happen when Windows 10 is nearing commercial release (RTM) it wouldn't make sense to update them now as things can change between now and public release.
Your better off using the Windows Feedback tool to submit any glitches or bugs you have noticed.
