when make call by lumia535 or receive call then no voice is coming but on speaker mode voice comes

Your phone probably believes you have a headset plugged in.

If you have a headset "dust cap," remove it. If you paired a BT headset, make sure it is properly disconnected. If you ever plugged in an "iOS" style headset this can bork the unplug recognition.

Try a Soft Reset on your phone (you will not loose data). Hold down the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates (about 10 seconds.)

If this does not work, you will have to make a back up and then Factory Reset.

Otherwise, if none of that fixes things, seek qualified repair.
