Local disk problem

I have a big problem, when I want to open my local disk on my computer he said to me trashy I should format it. But I have important files on it

Have you repartitioned it lately? What was the last thing you did? Has a reboot solved anything?

The actual problem is I was on Windows 10 and the system fail and when I setup windows 7, the system want to format my local disk D.

Did you not make any restore disk for Win 7 before you started on the Tech Preview?

Yeah it wants to format your drive. That's how it works if you overwrote 7 with 10.

Did you upgrade to 10 or do a clean install? Did you use your whole hard drive or set up a special partition?
