Why can't I do the hard reset on my Lumia 520?

Hey there!

I am having this problem during the hard reset in my Nokia Lumia 520.
I have Lumia Software Recovery tool 5.0.0, but it's unable to make my phone work (my phone got that error screen - Unable to find any bootable option...). The software downloaded all the files for hard reset, then started the installation screen on my pc and then this message - Software doesn't support your phone (sth like that).

Any advice on how to solve this? I really want to use my phone again.
Sorry if this is a duplicate thread, but i couldn't find any with the same problem.
