why my lumia 520 is not getting DENIM update in India 28JAN,2015?

some of my friends got this update before a month . but still i dont get this update

First of all, the phone works fine with Cyan and is an older generation phone, so I think its safe to assume that the 520 is among the many phones who will receive Denim in NAME ONLY.

Enroll in the Developer Preview if you want early access to Windows Phone 8.1 Update.

Also, dont worry about it, your friends probably have a newer model.

for older devices "Denim" doesn't really make a difference.
I doubt its going to be a prerequisite anyway.
