When is snapchat coming on windows phones?

[Windows Central Question]

I have now been almost 3 months without snapchat. I used 6snap earlier but they deleted it. Now I cant talk casually with my friends and showing what Im doing without putting pictures on Instagram. Everyone are asking when Im geting a new snachat but I cant answer them. This is really annoying! Why is it so hard to make an official snapchat app for windows phones?
