Uplay problems with ubisoft games

Hi guys. I bought ghost recon for my laptop but can't play it as I need to register with uplay online. But every time I do I am having problems as shown in the pics. Has anyone found a way around this as I will not be buying anymore ubisoft games which is a shame as they are good. This has been going on for a week now. Sent them emails and no reply and the net is full of complaints. Any help would be great
