Why Music application does not want to open on my Nokia Lumia 930?

Everytime i try to open the music application on my Lumia 930, the green screen with the white headphones appears and disappears immediatly.
I just bought it today so i really dont understand what to do...
Does anyone can help me?

In 9 times out of 10 this issue can be fixed through a soft reset. Hold down Volume Down and Power until the device vibrates (about 10 seconds or so) and release both buttons. Let the device boot up and make sure time and date are set correctly afterwards.
