Where i complaint of nokia

Hi-i am from pakistan i bought 515 nokia and it disturb after 2-3 day.
Nokia care take it and give me back after 3-4 days by saying that they do the software.but again it disturb and now they are just bluffing me.i need new device.is it the reputation of nokia.i am the user since 3310 nokia.i do not know where i complaint.
