Why after a hard reset on my Lumia 630, I cant sign with my Microsoft account?

why after hard reset on lumina 630 cant sign in with microsoft account?

when I try to sign in to anything with Microsoft account, I get a message that says there was a problem setting the date and time. to check and verify then press next. when I push next it does this over and over again. not ever allowing me to sign in. the date and time are correct. I have tried to hard reset more than once. same thing every time.

Try turning off the text messaging backup in Settings?

I should have added that it does the same thing when I go to settings and try to add an e-mail or account it does the same thing. so anything I would need to sign in on I cant access. cant do anything on my phone at this point but keep tapping next when I get ~ looks like there was a problem setting the time and date. Check these settings and make sure they are correct, then press next. when I press next I get the same screen over and over and over and over. my lumia 630 has become totally useless. Its like owning a pet rock. an expensive pet rock. Thanks to nokia.

Just to double check is your time zone also correct.
