Phone fell off a table to a hard floor. The screen is cracked and the touch-sensors on some areas on the screen have apparently been damaged. I think I need to change the screen totally.

If you open the Nokia Care app, under contact you should see an "care point" option this will locate (you however will need to turn your gps on) the nearest care point for you.
