What phone to buy? Lumia 930, 1020 or 1520?

I've been using Lumia 520 for a year now, and I've got used to Windows Phone, so I'm certain I want my next phone to be Windows Phone.
I have some money saved up and I want something more top of the shelf. My dilemma is between Lumia 930, 1020 and 1520. I'd say the camera is pretty important to me, but I've read that all three of these phones have great cameras. The 930 would obviously be the better choice because of the better hardware, and the 1520 is around the same price with the 930, but I'm not quite sure I want a phone so large.
How really noticeable is the camera picture quality between these three phones, and what would you guys suggest?

Not dissuading you to upgrade, but if you don't NEED to upgrade yet, you might find it's worth waiting for the new generation phones that'll come out later this year with Win10 (either preinstalled or ready for).

I agree with gMaesterUK, it might be better to wait and see what flagship is released this year. But, if you want to upgrade now, I'd go for the 930. I personally like larger phones and would choose the 1520, but since you might not be comfortable with it, the 5" screen of the 930 should be a great fit. I own a 1320 and love the screen size, I wanted a better camera but couldn't find a green 1520 so I went with the green 830 and find it is great in the hands. The 930 would probably be your best bet.
