Can anyone recommend a decent Lightroom-esque image editing app for WP8.1?

That's pretty broad... What feature sets are you looking for? IMHO, no phone App will have as many features as Desktop software.

Point well made. Where I am coming from is as follows:
* I am a keen photographer. I would like to share my work via sites like 500px etc.
* I know that lots of users will tweak their shots via Adobe Lightroom etc, as part of their editing workflow

I am merely keen to know if my RAW/High-res images could be edited in a similar way natively on my handset?

I've started using Rawer a little bit lately. It will edit the DNG files on phone, which is nice if you want to upload them somewhere from in the field. It is pretty basic tweaks, but can make most any shot just that bit better...
