Cortana not supported even after updating to Denim in India.

I got the PFD Denim update for my Lumia 630. But Cortana is not supported in India even after updating to Denim.

Yes it is if you use below settings you get Cortana as was announced

The Preview for Developers is a separate thing to Denim.

So if you've installed Denim, thus have also installed Update 1 (GDR1), you need to ensure you've set your region to India, language to English (India), but your speech needs to be either English UK or US.

630 was one of the few phones that actually got new firmware with denim so pfd is not identical in this case.

Could you post exactly (or screenshots), your settings for Region, Language & Speech.
There are people on this forum from India that are using Cortana.

Also, to confirm you've got Update 1 installed, under Settings >> about. Under Phone Information, do you have for Software "Windows Phone 8.1 Update", or does it simply say "Windows Phone 8.1"... - Or take a screenshot...
