I don't get any push or live tile notifications on my L930. Any ideas?

Apart from e-mails, calls and text messages, there are no notifications for Whatsapp, FB messenger, Viber, Skype, or any other that I've tried. I go to Settings>Notifications and Actions and I can't see those apps listed there (although if I go into Viber, for instance, I see that notifications are On). This happens even though I've reset the phone several times AND I have used Lumia Software Recovery Tool. Any ideas?

Really strange, it must be a software problem, but after you've used Lumia recovery tool, it must be with something in your settings, so don't restore the backup -a suggestion only, it may not work-.

In battery saver settings do you have conserve battery life set to always?
