Why is my battery draining so fast?

Windows Central Question

Battery drains in about 2 hours using it to get and send email.

Doesn't sound good. However you've not said what device it is...

Are you using the original charger? Sometimes using third-party chargers don't charge the battery properly.

Maybe try a Soft Reset, or failing that a full Hard Reset.

But without knowing more about the device, I can only be very general...
