Can i save messages and contacts on my phone to my computer?

I can't access my phone because I don't know the password. I cannot get into my phone. I want to hard reset it but I want to backup my messages and contacts first on my computer. After I hard reset my phone, then I want to store the saved information back on my phone.

Should be backed up but you will need you OneDrive id. Goyo OneDrive.com and log in

If you've got backup's enabled on the phone, it should have automatically backed-up your settings & messages (if enabled) to OneDrive.
If you're using Outlook.com/Hotmail, your contacts should be synced online, other providers I'm not sure...

Sadly without the phone's PIN, you can't get into the phone even via a computer because it'll ask for you to unlock the phone...

Try to remember the PIN, else a Hard Reset is the only way, and you'll need to hope that you turned on backup!
