Why is windows 10 stuck on the "almost ready" screen?

Hi,

I have decided to give Windows 10 a look, however it has been stuck on the last part of the installation, i.e. the screen that reads "Almost Ready", for the last 15 minutes, I just wondered if this was a known issue? or you had any advice?

Is your internet slow? If your internet is fine I would say to switch off your device fully and turn it back on again. If this dosen't work I would say contact MS and they might be able to help.
