How do I fix a touch issue that I have with my Lumia 535 Dual?

touch issue with lumia 535 dual

Its really annoying the touch issue. I feel like waste of money.
phone is up-to-date updated even i have the problem.
please some one suggest how to fix it.

Have u tried a hard reset after the recent forward updates? If not please do.
