It won't be out on the 4th. First of all Joe said to expect a video showing the features of Windows 10 on phones in two weeks, and secondly someone asked Gabe on Twitter if the 520 would run the TP and he said it was too early to tell.

Its rumor date so be patence and secondly according to me MS will definitely give windows 10 update for Lumia 520 because recently survey says that in windows phone history of famous and most purchasing handset is still Lumia 520.
30% of all windows phone are Lumia 520
So this is best reason they don't won't to unselect Lumia 520

The video for windows 10 on PC was released waaaayy after it was publicly released, so I don't feel like the video being released is dependent on the release for phones
