can there be multiple users to one surface tablet

I want to do a study with my class using the misfit watch and surface pro 3 tablets. I know the watch is compatible with the tablet, but I want to know if I can store several patients' information from their watches on one tablet through the app.

I'm not familiar with the misfit watch, but it is Windows, so you could create a Windows user for each person, and then the app would be unique for each user.
