Why can't I open the camera on mi Lumia 920?

The camera on the phone won't open, it just goes back to the main screen. It started happening after the update was installed, and I already tried the Hard Reset and it still does not work What can I do??

Have you tried the reset option in Settings > applications > photos+camera > (reset camera)?
