Why am I unable to review ringtones on my Nokia Lumia 900?

Unable to review ringtones before selection
This may sound dumb, but for the last 18 months, I?ve been unable to listen to ringtones on my Lumia 900 prior to selecting tones for incoming calls and messages etc.

When I first had the phone, I was, as with previous Nokia phones able to listen to the ringtones as I scrolled through the list. Am I missing something obvious, or will I have to select a tone then ring the phone from another phone?

I?ve checked through all settings options and there is nothing I can do to change this situation?

When looking at the selection list, on the very far left is the play button... Make sure to tap that for review and not the title name for selection.
