Why won't my Acer let me download apps from the Store? Please help me!

I just got a new Acer. I was trying to download apps from the store and it told me that there was an error. I got an account and it still wouldn't work. I really don't know what to do now so I hope that you guys will help me, thank you for your time!

It could be multiple reasons (wrong system date/time, store being down, internet being sloppy, etc.). Unless you post the error details its hard to assist

Are you signed in using your MS account? What is the error message that appears when you try to download something?
