Why is my Nokia Lumia 520 failing to boot completely?

My nokia lumia 520 fails to boot completely

after switching on my phone, the phone shows nokia on the screen but when it suppose to show windows phone, it just shows that blue screen and restarts again and again. i have tried using paper to pack it but still to no avail.

Download Lumia Software Recovery Tool and let it do its magic. It would definitely wipe out your data so better remove the microSD card (if any) before connecting to the PC. In fact I would first perform a soft reset before even connecting to the Lumia Software Recovery Tool
