Apps wont update or install after windows 8.1
After I updated to windows 8.1 my apps won't update, and I cant install any new ones. on wifi or cell network

NO sd card
Memory is not full
Logged in all accounts (nokia ,emails ect. )
I tried turning auto updates off. Basically I have searched and searched with no solutions.
