Why cant I download apps or install apps after I updated to 8.1

It always gives me a error code

If you don't reinput your WiFi info by default I believe it wont download through SIM data.

Also, make sure your Microsoft account is "up to date" by going to settings/email+accounts, and long press on your Microsoft account entry, then hit "sync".
