Pandora will not play

I recently loaded Pandora on my Nokia 1520 but when I hit one of the tracks I get no sound. The album cover shows and looks like the app is working, after what looks like the track time another track pops up. I have checked my phone sound by playing my Xbox music plays with no problem.

try a soft reset. Pandora was going all afternoon on either my 928 or my Win10 tablet

I found out that if I enable Pandora over cellular I get sound.if it is restricted to Wi-Fi only it does not play. This is backwards as far as I'm concerned.
