You checked all things which were in the link like change usb cable, try on another computer, update drivers etc?


What kind of phone do you have and do you have an sd card.
If so get the sd card out of your phone and try again.
If you have an sd which brand, size and hoe much data is on it.
Could you ever connect it to your computer or is this the first time.
