Why won't my phone make or receive calls sometimes? 925

Periodically, but at least once a day, my Nokia lumia 925 won't make or receive calls. But I'll receive a voicemail half an hour later. There is signal on the phone.
Turning off/on again doesn't work.
I'm with 3 mobile

3 in which country? Probably will not matter...

Is it a new problem? Has it been ever since you had the phone on that service? Ever since you had the service?

If new... It may be related to work the carrier is doing on their local equipment.
If just the 925 and ever since you put it on the service OR ever since you had the service - contact 3. They may need to get you a new SIM card or get your service re-provisioned.
