How do I stop my Lumia 1520 from constantly rebooting?

Lumia 1520 constantly rebooting

Have used nokia recovery tool, tried soft resets, hard resets. Nothing seems to be helping. Also removed sd card. last hope is to try without sim...

Even after a hard reset it takes about 10 mins to get the phone back up as it resets about 10 times going through the language selection and phone sign on process!

Help!!!!

Never flashed a different Region's ROM?

Sounds like you tried the usual remedies. Might be time to seek qualified repair or warranty placement.
