Why does my Nokia 620 keep coming up with error code 801901FS?

my nokia 620 keeps coming up with error code 801901FS

I wish to back up my contacts and diary to the Cloud but it keeps telling me the icloud is "not up to date"? I have been trying ALL DAY to try and reach someone to SPEAK to in Nokia and Microsoft without success and as yet can not find any online help either!
