How to make Netflix app to work in my phone?

I have a Nokia Lumia 735. I am trying to use the Netflix app, but an error (Q8156-887A0004) does nor let me connect to Netflix. I need help

start with uninstall the app, soft reset (power+volume down) then reinstall. Re-enter your credentials and see if you've got the same issue

I have the same problem on Lumia 735. Did the soft reset help?

There is no help. MS does not release a fix for the issue that was created December last year.

They did release a fix on early March but it did not fix the issue. And no, resetting the device does nothing.
