Are there any apps that can do what I am wanting? I just moved from Android.

I just moved from a Note 4 to a Lumia 1520 and I want to do the following:

1 - Add a second clock from a different time zone on the lock screen

2 - Turn off sound notifications for SMS, emails, calls etc. during a time period I specify (e.g. 10pm - 6am).

Are there apps that can do this?

Yes.... Settings > quiet hours. Lots of options in there like letting trusted people get through in case of an emergency (work, family). Also I love the automatic feature where Quiet Hours kicks in if my Calendar entry is marked busy. Never have your phone ring in a meeting again.

Thanks for all the replies.

What I am looking for specifically is not a live tile but to actually list a second clock on the lock screen. I was told that this was not possible due to development limitation with the Windows Phone platform making it so that it could not be updated in realtime - is this true?
