No, you won't be able to upgrade to W 10 on your phones. It has been decided and ruled on that anyone asking the same question that has been asked over 100 times before will be restricted to the OS they currently have.

Given that it is not officially released and the update path is not specified... I would not guarantee anything to anyone.
