How can I save my PC from Bluescreen errors?

blue screen errors

Ive got a brand new Computer.here are the specs:amd a4 6320
r7 240 1gb
4 gb ram
ms dragon pc case
it was blouescreening.i Know the message,driver irql not less or equal.
i sent it back to the hardware store and they say:its all fixed now, just a driver issue.
now, two weeks later its bluescreening with two messages now:irql ot less or equal and memory managment.i am really frustrated.please help me

The only times I've ever come across bluescreens showing the IRQ not less or equal message was on devices with defective RAM.
