Why won't my Nokia 520 update?

I have been trying to update my phone for a while now, but it fails each time. I have deleted all my apps I have told it to download over WiFi, but it keeps failing.

My 521 has been stuck on the 8.1 DP since it came out because everytime i check the update, it says it is up to date. I suggest you use the recovery tool to update.
