Passive as in OTA... Sometime this Autumn.

The Insider program should kick off this month, February. However, latest info says it will come in waves and flagship devices are first. Also it will be early Beta so do not put it on your daily driver phone unless you want to be stuck in bork city.

First download window inside aap for your phone.. Then register as a insider..
The most important step.. Wait for the release.. Which may release this week.. Or next month.. Cant say
After you get the update release for your handset..
Use WiFi.. To download it..
If you don't have a WiFi.. Usse a mobile hotspot..
Install it.
Done!!!
