Lumia 720 capacitive button not working, i tried hard reset but nothing happened, what to do ?

my lumia 720 is working fine but suddenly the touch buttons (search home n back) stop working, i tried soft and hard reset but nothing works . my phone is out of warranty .
other details are -
software - lumia cyan.
manufacturer name - RM-885_im_india_249
application version - 3.7.1.16
please tell me what to do . can i reinstall firmware in windows like android devises works.

Please try the Lumia Software Recovery Tool. Support - - Microsoft - Malaysia

If that does not help, then you will need to take your device to a Nokia Care Center.

I tried Lumia software recovery tool 5.0.5 and install software , then the massage come -
The previous software version was 3058.50000.1425.0002 and you updated to
3058.50000.1425.0002.
but its not help me , the buttons remains not working , so i am going to nokia care center, thanks for your reply
