Can I get some help with my HP Stream 7 - low full charge capacity?

hp stream 7 - low full charge capacity

Helly everyone!
the battery of my new hp stream 7 works only for max. 5 hours (only surfing).
So I made a battery report, with the following result
DESIGN CAPACITY 35 mWh
FULL CHARGE CAPACITY 20 mWh
So the real capacity is only 57% of the design capacity. Is this normal or should I get a new device?
Could you please do the same, opening cmd, type in "powercfg /batteryreport" and post your result of "FULL CHARGE CAPACITY" and "DESIGN CAPACITY" in order to compare.

I don't have mine handy but:

My batt life was the same, terrible. However, after the update to 8.1 it dramatically improved. I hope yours is the same issue

Windows 8.1 was already pre-installed. Maybe the battery life gets better after several charge -discharge cycles.

Yes perhaps mine was too, but after a couple of days it did some major update and the battery life improved tremendously. Give it some time and I hope the same applies to you. Best of luck, BC its a fantastic device, especially for the money

odd, I've had mine since November. As of yesterday, mine had a design capacity of 35k, charge capacity of 32k.
