Why am I getting loads of notifications on my Lumia from Help+Tips?

Lumia Help+Tips notifications

Hi, anyone getting loads of notifications from Lumia Help+Tips?
I have just received 15 and they seem to be coming through 1 every minute.

Seems to have stopped now, I haven't had a notification for 10 mins.

Yes, I have just had a whole list of "Test A, B, C etc." messages come through, plus Christmas offers.
