Can I get some help backing up my Lumia 920?

Back up setting not working on my lumia 920

I have been experiencing some difficulty when it comes to backing up my settings and such for my nokia lumia 920. It always stops at 9%, and the thing is, I have been looking around on the internet, seeing if people have solutions in making the percentage go higher (and I had tried changing my wallpaper, etc and I even deleted my last back up saved data--which was four months ago). What do I do?

Did you use Onedrive to delete the back up or the option on your phone?
If you did not use onedrive please use ondrive to delete the your backups.
And try again. (be sure you have stable wifi)
