How can I get Cortana on my phone?

No Cortana for upgraded phone

I just upgraded my nokia 925 to Windows 8.1. I want to try out Cortanta. The instruction says go to Settings then swipe across to Applications, then choose Cortana. Did that, but Cortana isnt an option. Any clues ?

Where are you from??? I'm from Vietnam so my phone didn't have cortana! And i have to change my region to US -_-
