My Windows phone recovery tool is not working, can someone help me get it working?

Windows Phone Recovery Tool Not Working.

Ok i've installed the Windows 10 Technical Preview for my lumia 630 and i downloaded the windows recovery tool and all it says is:You have the latest avaiable software version. And there's a button saying Reinstall Software,but there's not option to return to windows phone 8.1? Help does it happen to you too? Btw Windows 10 looks good so far only a few hang i had.

Here is a Hard Reset method using the physical buttons on the phone...

After that first step, when you get the ! screen, try using LSRT with the "my phone won't start up or respond" option. Otherwise try the rest of the Hard Reset to flash the image held in your phone's storage.
