Phone wakes up when called but does not ring.
No audio notifications on texts,e mails, or calls. Head phones don't work. Did a reset, did not fix. Downloaded update successfully but phone cannot open it. Alarm does not sound. Replaced audio parts and board checks out ok, by third party. Any ideas or help greatly appreciated as the HTC c625a Windows 8.0 has been awesome untill now. 5 gig of space . Code given for inability to open download was8007000d.
