Why isn't my phone turning on after I installed Win 10 tech preview on my Lumia 730?

my phone not turning on after i install win 10 tech preview on lumia 730

after installation finish...its not turning on...wen i remove my battery and replace it...and try to turn it on..utzz showing nokia and followed by windows blue icon and then only black screeen

Try Lumia System Recovery Tool to reinstall Windows Phone 8.1.

Try this: Hold the down volume button and the power button for about 15 seconds and release. Let us know if this helped at all.
