Can you still leave an email on the server from a POP3 account with WP8.1?

My email worked fine with WP8, but when I went to 8.1 and pull down an email with my phone it removes it from the server which was the last thing I wanted it to do and I can not find the old option within 8 that allowed me to approve or disapprove me removing the email from the server.
