Go to The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States) and sign in with the same Microsoft account that you use with your phone. At the top right corner of the website, under the search box, hover over your name, and a menu will pop up. Choose Find My Phone.

On this page, you'll see a map of where it has last seen your phone. You can also Ring it, which will display a custom message on the lock screen and activate a ringtone. There is also the Erase feature, if you are sure that it is stolen, this feature will wipe all of your data from it.

Also... Contact your carrier if it is missing outside of your home, office or car. If it someplace where anyone can just pick it up and use it.
