Why won't my phone back-up?

why wont my phone back-up

Every time I try to back up my phone, it gets to 96 percent and says there was an error with the settings. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm using a Nokia 1520

Try deleting the last backup...

Settings > backup > apps + settings > manage backups > delete

Also, make sure your Microsoft Account can sync. Settings > email + accounts > hold down the account name > tap "sync" from the popup menu. If it won't sync, it won't back up. Make sure date and time are correct for where you are.
