when will be Xbox One Kinect voice commands work in India ?or available in India

I purchased a Xbox One Kinect bundle..everything seems perfect..but the voice commands of Kinect not available in India .
I found on xbox one official India site that voice feature not available :
so when it will be available in india..without voice commands..kinect is like just login device.

You can enable it IN India by going to system settings and choosing spoken language as "English US". Works as charm !

Ms dont care about non-english countries. Not even to make it available in english. Cortana too.
